The Retail Director, in accordance with the Company’s global vision and strategy, will have responsibility of 4 doors in the Northwest market. They will be responsible for ensuring the retail business and functional/market teams, achieve sales in addition to leading the Company’s strategy to manage and grow the retail business.
Key elements of the role will include achieving sales target, creating a culture of Clienteling and elevating the retail business. The Retail Director must provide business acumen and leadership capability to inspire the teams and elevate the brand. They must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people and brand desirability. They will be an inclusive leader who is open and approachable and will work very closely with the MVP, the Regional teams and the local teams. The hiring range for this position ranges from $191,250 - $270,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon experience
