About the Role
As the President, TRSS, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the organization, including overseeing a diverse team of approximately 350, leading the TRSS Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and partnering with the TRSS Board of Directors. The President, TRSS will work closely with the ELT to cultivate relationships with clients through in-person meetings and market events; this includes identifying new executives of key government agencies to expand integrated opportunities and grow the federal business. The President will also have a direct role in shaping the company’s overall strategy, overseeing operations, and ensuring the achievement of financial targets.
