Thomson Reuters has a new opportunity for a Director of Global Accounts-Technology for the Corporates Global Accounts SubSegment. This role will lead and coordinate the technical strategy for selected accounts across multiple countries, ensuring the delivery of customer/client objectives. This role involves overseeing global technical and service performance, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and developing a thorough understanding of customer technology infrastructure and strategy. Additionally, the Account Technology Director will act as an influencer with Product Management to represent the voice of the customer and lead efforts to provide product capabilities required by our customers. This position will also ensure we are providing white glove technology support to our customers.
