- Conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS
- Collaborate with client services to understand staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant experience may substitute
- Healthcare recruitment experience
