Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to build custom solutions using Atlassian cloud products like Jira and Confluence.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical system configurations and automations.
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable workflows, integrations, and business process automations.
- Serve as a technical advisor ensuring adherence to governance and security standards.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve enterprise system reliability and user experience.
- Manage system migrations, upgrades, and enhancements minimizing business disruption.
- Document configurations and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
- Partner with vendors and third-party service providers to support integrations.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field.
