Skills: Required skills include expertise in cloud architecture (preferably GCP), SQL, Python, and experience with data systems and pipelines, along with strong communication and leadership abilities.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 8+ years in data solutions design and cloud applications, GCP certification, and experience leading teams that deliver enterprise data solutions.

Compensation: $116300 - $174500 / Annually
The Senior IT Manager, Enterprise Data Platform role is a technical leadership role responsible for leading a data product development team focused on data ingestion, data curation, and serving enriched data to other applications while ensuring data completeness, data latency service level agreements, and monitoring source data quality. Your cloud data architecture leadership will play a vital role in the creation of solutions for SEI’s data systems. You will support the team in the creation of cloud reference architectures to promote reusable patterns and promote best practices for data ingest, storage, velocity, and consumption. While advancing and promoting enterprise data capabilities, you will provide people leadership over a development team delivering data lake, data warehouse, and data insights for our student lifecycle and corporate data. The position reports into our Information Technology department and will be part of projects that align with key strategic initiatives to meet SEI’s business objectives.
