Client Services Director, Advertiser (CPG)

The Trade Desk is seeking a Client Services Director to manage strategic initiatives and foster long-term partnerships with major CPG clients globally. This role demands strategic vision, programmatic media expertise, and strong leadership to drive client growth and optimize engagement plans.

Skills

  • Expertise in marketing strategies, media, data, measurement, and technology integration.

  • Capability to collaborate with global teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio alongside Account Management, Trading, and Business Development teams.
  • Develop and execute long-term and short-term client engagement plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Advise clients on strategic integrations across media, data, technology, and business processes.
  • Drive corporate-level growth strategy with key clients and maintain executive level relationships.
  • Lead cross-division communication, projects, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate on Test & Scale strategies for partner growth across brands and markets.
  • Optimize workflows and project manage cross-functional teams to support client business health.
  • Contribute to global account performance and P&L management.
  • Develop business acumen across multiple verticals and become a trusted subject matter expert.
  • Inform product roadmap and global client services strategy.
  • Govern client strategy for long-term growth and oversee onboarding plans for programmatic platform success.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
