At SpotOn, we empower restaurants and small businesses with payment and software solutions, seeking a dedicated Client Success Partner to enhance our client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture meaningful connections with clients
  • Implement strategies to generate client referrals
  • Identify upselling opportunities for clients
  • Address and resolve escalated support tickets in person
  • Deliver in-person training on SpotOn software
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for issue resolution
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Conduct installation and configuration of SpotOn hardware
  • Perform on-site surveys for hardware placement

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
