Responsibilities
- Oversee platform availability, security, and core functionality of Salesforce systems including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud.
- Provide advanced technical support and system/application issue resolution to business and IT teams.
- Analyze business processes and devise cost-effective, timely solutions to improve Salesforce utilization.
- Coordinate ongoing user support, incident resolution, and documentation related to Salesforce production issues.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on projects, gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications.
- Act as coordinator or lead on complex departmental and corporate Salesforce projects.
- Participate in security exercises and continuously update disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response plans.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
