Responsibilities
- Lead vision, strategy, and execution of data warehouse and BI infrastructure.

- Enforce data modeling, documentation, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to build datasets and reporting layers.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver actionable reporting and self-serve capabilities.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing data engineering team.
- Drive adoption of modern tools like dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake.
- Ensure governance, performance, and reliability of the data warehouse.
- Manage end-to-end BI ecosystem including reporting, data quality, governance, and tool management.
- Optimize operational excellence and cost efficiency aligned with business priorities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or related field.
