Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments and cash receipt applications.
- Maintain low Days Sales Outstanding by enforcing collections policies and managing customer accounts.
- Support monthly close process and prepare account reconciliations.
- Maintain vendor 1099 forms and manage customer exemption certificates for tax compliance.
- Assist with external audits and support internal controls for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure smooth financial and billing operations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
