Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, operations, and experience of Testlio’s global network of 60,000+ freelancers.
- Build and manage team functions covering onboarding, recruiting, quality, compliance, and engagement.
- Drive network growth aligned with client demands and delivery forecasts.
- Oversee onboarding and vetting programs to ensure activation and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Finance and Delivery to shape fair and scalable compensation systems.
- Develop systems to forecast, plan, and optimize freelancer availability and readiness.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Delivery, Marketing, and People & Culture teams.
- Analyze network data to improve performance, satisfaction, and retention.
- Strengthen communication channels to keep freelancers informed and engaged.
- Support community initiatives and foster connection to the company mission.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, inclusion, and adaptability within the team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
