Who We Are:
We are Huddle Up! Nice to meet you!
With our mission, we like to keep it short and sweet. We are making therapy available to everyone, everywhere, using the power of the internet.
What We Do:
Huddle Up has been a leader in pediatric teletherapy services since 2015. Leveraging our proprietary technology platform and our team of expert providers and pediatric clinicians, we bring a passion to treating the whole child and helping them thrive. By removing location as a barrier, we can equalize access to quality support.
What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a self-starter that is motivated to drive impact for providers and children across the nation. The Contract Recruiting Sourcer will help us find exceptional licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive, tech-savvy sourcer who understands the nuances of licensure, school staffing models, and the importance of connecting qualified clinicians to high-impact roles.
This is a performance-based contract role — pay is directly tied to the number of qualified interviews you schedule with candidates. You control your hours and your earnings.
Duration: 3 months with potential extension
Compensation: Pay for performance; OTE range of $10,000 - $20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
