Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for Intermountain Health. The TA Partner acts as a hiring leader’s primary source of talent acquisition strategy and is accountable for driving all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting process, including planning, sourcing, screening and selection, while ensuring an extraordinary recruitment experience.This is a PRN position; no benefits
The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests from current caregivers: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington
This position will start out in our Navigator role
Which consist of Preboarding Process Management: Acts as a subject matter expert while managing the preboarding aspects of the full cycle recruiting process.
Candidate Experience: Ensures a consistent, efficient, and positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, feedback, and assistance throughout the preboarding process.
Collaboration: Partners closely with key stakeholders to understand preboarding needs and execute strategies.
Database Management: Maintains and updates candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
