Inbound Sales Development Representative

Tekmetric is a cloud-based platform enhancing auto repair shops' operations through innovation and community support. They seek an Inbound Sales Development Representative to manage qualified inbound leads and support sales growth by partnering with Channel Partners and Marketing teams, providing tailored engagement from lead intake to appointment scheduling.

Skills

  • Foundational sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for phone and email interactions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to follow defined sales processes reliably.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a genuine approach to customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison for potential customers throughout their buying journey, managing demo bookings and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain detailed lead information in CRM systems to assist lead qualification.
  • Provide critical details to the sales team to enable tailored demo experiences.
  • Collaborate and maintain active communication with other sales roles involved in the customer journey.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery for all potential customers from initial contact to handoff.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent minimum; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
