Responsibilities
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Design and deliver training programs for internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Provide technical support and guidance as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to create enablement materials and support revenue growth.
- Partner with customer success to ensure onboarding and retention.
- Collect feedback to inform product roadmap and improvements.
- Monitor market trends and develop enablement strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across products and teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development.
- Travel up to 25% for meetings and training sessions.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
