- Proficiency in advanced Excel and query execution on relational databases
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau
- Strong statistical analysis and trend recognition skills
- Experience with Salesforce data
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver ongoing and ad-hoc CX and recovery metric reporting
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations and present actionable insights
- Ensure data quality and collaborate with technical teams and vendors on data integration
- Develop innovative solutions leveraging quantitative and qualitative data
- Drive strategic decisions through customer feedback insights
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; analytical degree preferred
