Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Success, Sales, and Partnerships teams as data SME for revenue segments
- Create business cases, insights, dashboards, and manage experiments on merchant data
- Perform internal revenue performance analyses to inform decisions and recommendations
- Standardize and automate analytics use cases to scale decision-making processes
- Define KPIs and work with structured/unstructured data sources to generate insights
- Provide project and analytics guidance as primary analytics contact for cross-functional teams
- Propose and monitor experiments to optimize GTM efforts and upsell merchant offers
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
