Sr. Product Designer – Digital Product Design
Skills
- Strong proficiency in product design for mobile and web platforms.
- Expertise in UX principles and visual design sensibility.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
- Experience with motion design, prototyping, or micro-interactions is a plus.
- Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate design rationale.
- Familiarity with platform conventions and accessibility best practices (iOS, Android, Web).
- Ability to collaborate effectively and provide/receive feedback gracefully.
- Experience in agile development environments and multitasking across projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts for mobile, web, and in-store digital platforms focusing on user engagement and brand consistency.
- Translate business goals and customer insights into elegant, accessible user experiences.
- Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interaction patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing, and analytics teams to align on goals and deliver exceptional designs.
- Provide detailed design documentation and specifications to guide development and QA.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system and component libraries ensuring design excellence and consistency.
- Participate in critique sessions, design sprints, and team rituals to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on trends in digital design, technology, and consumer behavior to keep experiences fresh and relevant.
- Coordinate and participate in projects related to sports/entertainment sponsorship under supervision.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
