We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This position will be supporting operations and finance in creating, modifying, and maintaining a growing variety of reports and dashboards utilizing SSRS, data warehouses, SharePoint, and PowerBI.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing new reporting per Stakeholder requirements, changing reporting that already exists, and maintaining all such reporting. Additionally, they will work with stakeholders to appropriately move existing reporting into better modalities for the current requirements.

Team members have significant creative freedom, are given latitude to learn new tools, and will interact directly with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The role will work closely with our internal Business Intelligence team for data management and inter-departmentally throughout the company.

Requirements

The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required to satisfactorily perform each essential duty:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Query building, SSRS and/or PowerBI report building
• 3+ years of Analytics in a Manufacturing Environment (Preferred)
• 3+ years of experience producing business intelligence artifacts such as
  • Functional requirements
  • Stakeholder requests
  • Process flow diagrams
  • Technical specifications
• 3+ years of experience with reporting out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Business Central and CRM
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2015+
• Experience with report writing and deployment using SQL Server Management Studio
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint
• Skilled at designing PowerBI reports for usage and understanding by basic users
• Experience with analytics at a manufacturing company
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to both function as part of a team and work with minimal direct supervision
• Experience using Jet Reports a plus
