About the Job:
PURPOSE STATEMENT:The Clinical Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing cross-functional projects that advance patient safety, nursing innovation, and quality improvement. This role involves close collaboration with nursing leadership, clinical teams, and quality departments to define project goals, establish timelines, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. The Clinical Enterprise Project Manager facilitates planning meetings, provides regular status updates, and drives problem-solving efforts to keep projects on track. They develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies while tracking performance metrics and generating regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders. This role ensures all initiatives align with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational priorities. Additionally, the Clinical Project Manager supports change management by engaging stakeholders, managing communications, and developing training or support materials as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead and manage cross-functional clinical projects focused on patient safety, nursing innovation, and quality improvement across the organization.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership, clinical teams, and quality departments to define project goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate project planning sessions, regular status update meetings, and collaborative problem-solving discussions.
- Support change management efforts by engaging stakeholders, managing communication strategies, and developing training or support materials as needed.
- Oversee and manage clinical use of Smartsheet for the Clinical Quality Operations team, ensuring structured and timely updates across projects.
- Serve as PolicyStat Administrator, creating policy compendium, reviewing policies for necessary edits, communicating with policy owners, and distributing regular updates to facilities.
- Facilitate the monthly clinical meeting and other Clinical Quality Operations meetings by organizing topics, preparing agendas, and leading discussions.
- Maintain and manage clinical distribution lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contacts for director-level communications.
- Provide operational guidance during facility start-up processes, ensuring consistent onboarding of new sites.
- Assist in scheduling calls and supporting company-wide clinical initiatives, acting as a coordination point between departments
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma required.
- A minimum of three years’ experience including experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a larger organization.
- Must be highly proficient with the full Microsoft Office suite, especially regarding advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint. Must have experience with Smartsheet and with policy compendium oversight.
