STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.

We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership and direction for all aspects of the eAUTO program, including technical delivery, operations, staffing, and client engagement.
· Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automation technologies such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and AI-based auto-remediation tools
· Manage the execution of unified task orchestration solutions that enable seamless workflow integration across multiple IT service domains.
· Coordinate AI-driven predictive analytics and AIOps tools to enhance anomaly detection, system self-healing, and resilience.
· Ensure end-to-end operational ownership across IT hosting, cloud services, automation, communications, and configuration management.
· Facilitate efficient workload distribution, prioritization, and task management across support teams.
· Oversee the seamless transition of services from previous contractors, including the implementation, troubleshooting, operations, and maintenance of inherited systems and work products.
· Ensure compliance with all IT security policies, governance frameworks, and USCIS operational requirements.
· Report program performance metrics to USCIS leadership and proactively address risks and performance issues.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
· 10+ years of progressive experience in IT program management, with at least 5 years overseeing enterprise IT infrastructure or operations support programs.
· Demonstrated experience managing programs for U.S. federal government agencies, preferably DHS or USCIS.
· Proven experience with automation technologies (e.g., IaC, RPA), cloud operations, and AI-based IT operations.
· Experience managing the transition and sustainment of complex IT systems from incumbent vendors.
· Strong background in workload and asset management across large, distributed IT teams.
· Knowledge of ITIL practices and agile service delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
· PMP (Project Management Professional), SAFe, or equivalent certification.
· ITIL v4 Certification.
· Experience with AIOps platforms, cloud-native orchestration tools, and hybrid IT environments.
· Familiarity with USCIS OIT operations or similar mission-critical federal IT ecosystems.
· Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols in federal environments.
