Responsibilities
- Lead project management of retail shop fit outs, refits, refreshes, closures, and maintenance.
- Manage Capex budgets, forecasts, and project financial tracking.
- Plan and execute project schedules collaborating with Retailers, SSP, Real Estate, leasing, and finance.
- Maintain and develop project status and Capex reports.
- Assist retail teams in interpreting construction details impacting business operations.
- Provide hands-on assistance and installation support during shop openings and refits.
- Continuously improve retail business support with forward-looking insights.
- Streamline reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with SSP designers to deliver inspiring retail projects.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to retail store teams.
