Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes related to intercompany accounts.
- Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, and Revenue teams for accounting of intercompany transactions.
- Develop and maintain intercompany accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage accounting implications of transfer pricing policies.
- Oversee accounting for foreign exchange transactions.
- Lead the escheatment process for compliance with unclaimed property laws.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for intercompany processes.
- Prepare and present intercompany reports and analyses.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Mentor and develop junior accounting staff.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
