Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of provider and facility network strategy
- Advocate for tools, technology, and resources to support network workflows
- Implement and manage incentive programs linked to network performance
- Develop a scalable management structure for the provider network
- Manage OKRs for the Network team and drive network growth and contracting
- Oversee participation in Medicare's value-based kidney model (CKCC)
- Drive patient growth and retain provider satisfaction across the network
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
