SEI is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to lead IT functions across business units, ensuring the agility and scalability of enterprise applications while embracing cloud-first, AI-driven architectures.
Responsibilities: Oversee IT strategy, budget allocation, team performance, and compliance; lead cloud and data infrastructure strategies, and ensure cybersecurity; guide talent development and engineering best practices.
Skills: Strong leadership in IT and engineering, expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, AI/ML, DevSecOps, and agile methodologies; excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Qualifications: 15+ years in software engineering, including 5 years in leadership roles; Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Location: Minneapolis, MN (may require occasional travel)
