Skills
- Expertise in Rust programming and production-grade systems development
- Familiarity with backend development and at least one server-side language such as Go, Python, or Node.js
- Experience building and maintaining client applications or libraries
- Knowledge of smart contract development ecosystems and security best practices
- Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptography
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Stellar CLI
- Collaborate with Product and Developer Relations teams to enhance developer experience
- Innovate and improve tools across the Developer Experience umbrella
- Develop and enhance smart contract tooling within the Stellar ecosystem
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
- Work closely with Platform, DevRel, and Ecosystem teams to deliver pragmatic solutions
- Engage with the developer community for feedback and continuous improvements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
