Head of North America Buy Side Product Sales, GlobalLink FX, Managing Director

Who we are looking for

As Head of North America Buy Side Product Sales, GlobalLink FX, MD you will demonstrate superb leadership skills and proven strong management style to fully integrate the existing FXConnect (FXC) and Trade Nexus (TN) Buy Side Product Sales teams.  

The person must have strong client relationship experience and experience of dealing with client initiatives as well as managing resolution of any client facing issues.

The person needs strong analytical skills combined with knowledge of the Foreign Exchange (FX) market and having worked on FX trading platforms and post trade applications.

The person must have superb negotiation skills and be adept at managing complex client situations.

What you will be responsible for

As NA Head of GlobalLink FX Buy Side Product Sales you will be responsible for

  • Leadership: Managing and leading the NA Buy Side Product Sales team
  • Strategic: Developing NA Product Sales strategy and implementation plans, working closely with the Global Head of Buy Side Product Sales.  Developing and driving key projects and new product initiatives and roll out of web. 
  • Client Relationships: Maintaining and developing senior level relationships with key NA GlobalLink FX Buy Side clients as well as ensuring superb level of client service is delivered to all NA GlobalLink FX clients.
  • FX Market Influencer – attend key client forums/conferences and represent GlobalLink FX on industry panels and forums.

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $267,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
