StackAdapt is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our growing Sales, Commercial, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through proactive sourcing strategies, helping drive a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-impact roles across the business.
You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, map talent markets, and execute creative sourcing approaches. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their talent acquisition career who is passionate about candidate experience, research, and talent engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
