Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training instructions using manufacturing planning applications
- Lead the implementation of qualification-based training and certification verification
- Create new training courses aligned with engineering specifications
- Maintain and revise existing training materials such as PowerPoints and assessments
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions for SpaceX personnel
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to gather technical information
- Monitor training impact to reduce human error and enhance process skills
- Onboard new Starlink Production Associates and set up initial training schedules
- Maintain training documentation and standard operating procedures within qualification systems
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
