Responsibilities
- Interface with Production, Inspection, Shipping/Receiving, and Engineering teams to develop quality signals and reliability processes.
- Maintain established quality processes to ensure nonconforming materials are controlled and dispositioned.
- Lead containment actions for non-conforming products and coordinate root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities for risk reduction and process simplification to improve manufacturability.
- Track yield, test escapes, and incorporate lessons learned into new product introductions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Master's degree in engineering or supply chain (preferred)
