Skills
- Engineering expertise in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing disciplines
- Experience with equipment control systems, machinery, and industrial automation
- Strong analytical skills including probability and statistical tools
- Ability to read schematics and OEM equipment manuals
- Familiarity with CMMS software such as Maximo, SAP, or Infor

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project engineering to ensure reliability and sustainability of new and modified installations
- Guide efforts to maintain critical equipment, control systems, and safety/security systems
- Develop and own equipment improvement and preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime
- Define asset maintenance plans incorporating predictive and non-destructive testing methods
- Prepare documentation packages for mechanical, control, and software system reviews
- Develop engineering solutions for repetitive equipment failures affecting operations
- Analyze asset utilization, equipment effectiveness, and remaining useful life
- Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and technical teams
- Manage production requests related to asset improvements and data collection
- Apply value analysis to repair, replace, redesign, or outsource decisions
Education
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering
