Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison with U.S.-based contract manufacturers, suppliers, and support partners.
- Coordinate supply processes, production timelines, and quality control documentation.
- Manage manufacturing output and vendor relationships ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Set and monitor KPIs and performance targets for operational activities.
- Manage budgets and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on production efficiency, supply status, and cost management.
- Oversee relationships with 3PL providers and external partners.
- Maintain rigorous quality control and ensure product standards compliance.
- Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
