PSM & Utilities Supervisor
Skills
- Technical knowledge of refrigeration, boilers, wastewater, electrical and control systems.
- Proficiency in OSHA PSM and EPA RMP regulations and hazard analysis (e.g., HAZOP).
- Experience with vendor and contractor management for utility systems.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar P&ID tools.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor utility maintenance teams for effective maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA’s PSM and EPA’s RMP regulations by managing audits, PHAs, and documentation.
- Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance of ammonia refrigeration, boilers, chillers, and wastewater systems.
- Drive sustainability and resource conservation initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
- Manage contractor activities related to utility projects with safety and compliance focus.
- Prepare and present compliance reports and participate in emergency response activities.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements in safety and operational efficiency.
Education
- Associate degree in engineering, maintenance, or related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Relevant experience may substitute for degree requirement.
