Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of billing, payment processing, and risk management roadmap.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and external vendors.
- Optimize payment processing platforms and maximize transaction success rates.
- Manage payment risk and mitigate fraud losses across multiple international markets.
- Drive data analysis, reporting, and vendor management including contract negotiations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing payment operations team.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
