Responsibilities
- Lead technical investigations into performance and reliability issues affecting Starlink hardware
- Build and maintain infrastructure, tools, and software to assess hardware performance and reliability
- Run internal betas and product launches to uncover and resolve hardware/software issues
- Apply data science and statistical methods to analyze data and develop models for customer experience improvements
- Improve technical customer support tooling to accelerate issue resolution
- Develop automated data pipelines and dashboards to monitor metrics and alert stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and customer experience teams
- Create custom datasets, analytics tools, and reports for internal stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data analysis, or related STEM discipline
