What You’ll Do:
- Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes for landscape supply products.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Utilize data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across operations and production.
