Responsibilities
- Lead Starlink consumer hardware design and development from concept to mass production
- Develop design criteria and collaborate on requirements for system-level optimization
- Test and iterate products to ensure high reliability and performance globally
- Design and develop automated production lines, including robotics and process controls
- Refine manufacturing processes for high yield and efficiency
- Manage product lifecycle from supply chain to final integration balancing cost, quality, and complexity
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required
- Master’s degree preferred
