- Own Starlink consumer hardware design from concept through production and launch
- Develop design criteria and drive system-level optimization
- Test and iterate products for reliable performance in diverse environments
- Design production lines, including automation and control systems
- Refine production processes to ensure high-volume rates and yields
- Manage product lifecycle balancing cost, complexity, and quality in coordination with partner teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- Master’s degree preferred
