Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with government and commercial contracts including prime contracts
- Negotiate government contracts, NDAs, subcontractor/vendor contracts, and reseller agreements
- Draft responses to government and commercial proposal solicitations with mission teams
- Review, interpret, and advise on contract and agreement types
- Manage invoices and payments related to contracts
- Create and maintain contract and business documentation
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with government counterparts
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- JD, MBA, or NCMA certification preferred
