Responsibilities
- Advise on all aspects of the employee journey including performance management and investigations.
- Draft and manage employment-related legal documents and Stock Plan matters.
- Develop scalable legal processes and maintain training and self-service tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and Legal teams to manage employee and corporate issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, corporate policies, and ethics programs.
Education
- JD or equivalent law degree.
- Licensed to practice law in California or eligible for Registered In-House Counsel status.
