Responsibilities
- Drive strategic solutions including custom builds and vendor products for HR and Finance functions such as Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Procurement, and Vendor Accounting Operations.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives and support for Workday, Box, and Salesforce.
- Identify process enhancements and deploy new platform features to optimize and automate HR and Finance processes.
- Partner with Human Resources and Finance stakeholders to create program-level roadmaps and strategies.
- Implement best practices around buy versus build assessments, SDLC, quality assurance, and production support.
- Manage and lead a global enterprise applications team effectively.
