Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and networking
- Conduct in-home consultations and assessments
- Provide detailed quotes for air conditioning and heating
- Close sales and maintain customer relationships
- Follow up on maintenance agreements and service contracts
Required Skills:
- Sales experience, preferably in home services
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- CRM proficiency
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Key Functions:
- Territory management and lead generation
- Accurate job estimating and proposal creation
- Contract negotiation and closing
- Customer education on products/services
- Maintenance agreement sales
- Emergency service sales
- Documentation of sales activities
Compensation:
- Average Annual salary $80,000-$150,000 - Unlimited Commission
- Vehicle allowance/company vehicle
- Benefits package
- Sales incentives/bonuses
Work Environment:
- Field-based position
- Regular travel within assigned territory
- Some evening/weekend availability required
- On-call rotation possible
