Director, Enterprise AI Sales

About the Role

GoodData is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Enterprise AI Sales to lead our sales efforts for a new line of AI-native products in the U.S. enterprise segment. If you’re passionate about AI, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a proven track record of building pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals, this is your opportunity to shape the future of data and AI with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales of GoodData’s AI product portfolio to enterprise customers across the U.S.

  • Build and execute a strategic sales plan to rapidly scale pipeline and revenue

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to shape messaging and GTM strategy

  • Cultivate executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers

  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs

About You

  • 7+ years of direct sales experience within SaaS, B2B, enterprise software

  • Background communicating with VP, SVP, and C-Level Executives

  • You are a disciplined, aggressive self-starter with a proven ability to build a qualified pipeline

  • You thrive when given the opportunity to grow business with a client, and can set and execute on a multi-year growth strategy with the client

  • You are transparent and a team player - you identify opportunities, but also communicate blockers to enable strategic decision making

  • Historical experience selling to enterprise accounts

  • Experience working with AI a plus

  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding quota and key metrics

  • Detail oriented, strong relationship-building skills, and a focus on a high level of customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high caliber presentation skills

  • Ability to work cross-culturally/cross-functionally

Annual base salary: $110,000 - $165,000 + commissions + equity

The base range represents the anticipated low and high range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on geographic location, job related skills, experience, qualifications and market conditions.
