We’re looking for an experienced, analytical, and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale the systems behind Skillshare’s growth programs. You’ll be a key operational partner across marketing and sales, ensuring our teams can execute campaigns efficiently, make data-informed decisions, and unlock sustainable growth.
This is a high-impact role at the center of one of the most sophisticated and multifaceted growth marketing programs in the industry. You’ll manage core marketing and sales processes, own critical tools and dashboards, and lead strategic programs.
The starting salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and location. We also offer competitive equity and benefits packages. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all requirements - we're looking for quick learners who are excited about growing with us.
