Job Description

Are you ready to take the wheel and drive success? SIXT is looking for a Manager of our Small Medium Enterprise Team to manage a team of Business Development Specialists and manage day to day operational needs of that team.  Apply now!

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

  • You lead and motivate a team of SME Hunters, providing daily guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • You implement effective sales strategies and action plans from Team Lead to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • You analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • You identify and pursue opportunities to close major accounts, negotiating terms and conditions to secure business partnerships and contracts.
  • You collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless coordination and support in achieving sales and account management objectives.
  • You will aid in the improvement of the existing sales process and the optimization of everyday routines

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

  • Experience You have work experience in sales management and can collaborate effectively with other managers and teams
  • Education You have a bachelor's degree and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM's
  • Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication
  • Commitment to Excellence You have a demonstrated passion and skill for sales, and have a knack for effectively managing a sales team 
  • Availability You are committed to working full time to meet business needs
