Responsibilities
- Assist Client Onboarding team with submitting required documentation to insurance carriers
- Resolve eligibility concerns with insurance carriers to ensure proper enrollment
- Ensure customers are correctly enrolled on the SimplyInsured platform
- Proactively communicate with carriers via phone, text, and email to expedite onboarding
- Collaborate with revenue operations and support teams to maintain a high-satisfaction customer experience
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
