They seek a dynamic Director of Business Development focussed on the United States Air Force market to lead strategic initiatives, cultivate partnerships, and drive government business opportunities.

Skills

  • Expertise in wireless communications and DoD business development
  • Proven record securing multi-million dollar contracts
  • Technical knowledge of RF technology, IP networking, tactical communication systems
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and market competitive analysis
  • Active or eligibility for U.S. Government SECRET clearance

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute long-term strategic objectives for the USAF market
  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances
  • Drive capture of new government and military business opportunities aligned with Silvus’ portfolio
  • Engage customers and build rapport with senior leaders in Program Offices and Prime contractors
  • Develop comprehensive USAF market strategies aligned with modernization initiatives
  • Represent Silvus at trade shows, industry events, and seminars
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership
  • Travel up to 50% to maintain strong customer engagement

Education

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in wireless communications business development/program management or
  • High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years relevant experience
