Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices in Bill.com with accurate documentation and general ledger coding.
- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts to verify payments.
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and employee expense reports.
- Maintain and update vendor and customer contact and banking information.
- Monitor invoice and payment due dates to ensure timely payment and avoid fees.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical finance document filing systems.
- Support vendor and customer onboarding ensuring compliance with internal forms.
- Enter invoices and apply cash receipts accurately in the accounting system.
- Assist with compilation of backup documentation for audits.
- Cross-train to support critical finance tasks during peak or absence periods.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Provide general administrative support including communication and calendar coordination.
Education
- High School diploma or GED.
