- Provide timely candidate feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate scheduling of interviews, both virtual and in-person.
- Work with HR and managers to negotiate and extend job offers.
- Stay current with recruiting trends and best practices.
- Assist in developing recruitment marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
